TextDisplayIsObserver

This function checks if a player can see the specified textdisplay.
Syntax
bool textDisplayIsObserver ( textdisplay display, player thePlayer )
Required Arguments
- display: The textdisplay.
- thePlayer: The player.
Returns
Return true if textdisplay is showing, or false if not.
